Biography:

For the past two years, Zachary has been practicing law at Finnell, McGuinness, Nezami, and Andux, P.A. As a practicing attorney, Zachary has gained experience in an array of areas of the law, including but not limited to the following: felony criminal, misdemeanor criminal, criminal traffic, expungements, child custody, child support, alimony, divorce, injunctions, negligence, intentional torts, premise liability, auto accidents, police brutality, landlord/ tenant, and contract disputes.
Prior to obtaining admission to the Florida Bar, in the fall of 2008, Zachary received his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. While at Florida Coastal, Zachary distinguished himself from his peers through his ability to effectively research, draft, and argue legal memorandum. Specifically, in Lawyering Process II, Zachary received the recognition of Best Appellate Brief, Best Oral Argument, the Book Award, and became the professor’s assistant for the course the following semester. Zachary was also an Honor Board member of the nationally recognized Moot Court Team at Florida Coastal. As a member of the Honor Board, Zachary was chosen as an oralist for two national competitions.    

In addition to academics, while completing his degree, Zachary was awarded a federal clerkship with the Honorable Magistrate Thomas E. Morris, in the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division and obtained more than fifty hours of pro bono work.

Biography:

Dallas Hedstrom received her bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in English Literature (B.A. 2006), and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D. 2010). She is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Dallas practices in the areas of estate planning (wills, trusts, living wills, health care surrogates, durable powers of attorney), civil law (landlord/tenant, repossession, forfeiture, police brutality, false arrest, injunctions for protection, personal injury), and criminal law (misdemeanors, DUIs, driving offenses, expungements, postconviction claims).

BIOGRAPHY:

S. Nicole Jamieson is originally from Charleston, South Carolina. Nicole assisted in her first homicide trial when she was only sixteen years old while employed by a local criminal defense attorney. She attended the College of Charleston where she earned a B.A. degree in Political Science in three years. In college, she joined the Charleston County Public Defender's office where she volunteered her time working on complex criminal cases and assisted with mitigation in a death penalty case.

She then relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in 2001 and attended Florida Coastal School of Law. Nicole graduated with a J.D. in 2005 and began work as trial attorney for the Public Defender's Office in the 4th Judicial Circuit, Jacksonville, Florida. As an Assistant Public Defender, Nicole has defended almost every type of major crime to include homicide, Jimmy Ryce, Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Armed Burglary, and complex drug trafficking cases. Nicole joined the firm from the Public Defender's Office in the 2nd Judicial Circuit, Tallahassee, Florida. There she was assigned to the major crimes division and handled death penalty cases as well as defended against involuntary civil commitment petitions under the Jimmy Ryce Act.
